Moab Youth Cycling is an after-school mountain bike group for riders in upper elementary school and middle school. MYC's mission is to get kids on bicycles to enjoy the incredible trails Moab has to offer. We are a non-competitive club focused on fun, skills, and developing a life-long love for the outdoors and the sport of mountain biking.
Transportation is provided to and from the trailheads. Each group is open to 10 riders. We meet at 3:30 PM after school and return at 7:00 PM. Riders should have their own bicycle. MYC has a limited number of loaner bikes available for those that may need one. Registration cost is $250 for 2 day groups and $145 for 1 day groups. Families may apply for financial assistance at the time of registration. MYC is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Registration fees cover our transportation, insurance, and permits with the Moab BLM. Please see the Rider Info page for more information.
MYC groups sizes are capped at 10 riders and always lead by 2 - 5 coaches. Coaches all have a minimum of CPR and First Aid training.
For spring 2024 we will meet for 6 to 12 sessions beginning March 11. Registration will open 8AM on February 6 and remain open until February 8 8AM. See our Registration Page for more details.
