Moab Youth Cycling is an after-school mountain bike group for riders in upper elementary school and middle school. MYC is divided into a 4th, 5th, and 6th grade group, and a 7th and 8th grade group. This spring, the middle school group will meet Mondays and Wednesdays and the elementary group will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays. MYC's mission is to get kids on bicycles to enjoy the incredible trails Moab has to offer. We are a non-competitive club focused on fun, skills, and developing a life-long love for the outdoors and the sport of mountain biking.

For Spring 2022 we will meet for 12 sessions beginning March 7 through the end of April  See the Calendar for exact dates. Transportation is provided to and from the trailheads. Registration cost is $200. Each group is open to 10 riders. We meet at 3:30 PM after school and return at 7:00 PM.  Riders should have their own bicycle, but MYC has a limited number of loaner bikes available for those that may need one.  Please see the Rider Info page for more information.

MYC is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization.  Registration fees cover our transportation, insurance, and permits with the Moab BLM.

MYC groups sizes are capped at 10 riders and always lead by 2 - 5 coaches.  Coaches all have a minimum of CPR and First Aid training
